Today's intake.

Breakfast: Water (0) one orange (65) one grissini bread stick (12)
Lunch: Water (0) 3.5 oz of lemon pepper shrimp (120) sliced cucumber (22)
Dinner: Water (0) 3.5 oz of lemony garlic paprika chicken (150?) lettuce (3?)

Total : 372


I may have a snack later on, an apple and a bread stick, which would bring my total to around 450. I feel good. I feel really good. Good enough that I may write about some other aspects of my life. Maybe.





 


*edit* Ate the snack. 450ish for the day. Also did 30 min free step on the wii fit. At my weight, about 300 calories burned. ^_^ Total for the day, 150 baby!
