3.8 more pounds today!!! This hcg crap is miraculous. I've lost 8.8 lbs in TWO DAYS! My intake each day is pretty much the same.

Breakfast: Green Tea with Stevia, one apple or orange, and one grissini bread stick.
Lunch: 3.5 oz of chicken or shrimp with a handful of spinach, lettuce, tomatoes, celery, or cucumbers.
Dinner: Same as lunch.
Snack: Same as breakfast.

I am also drinking a full gallon (128 oz) of water every day. Tip, girls, whatever you weigh, drink half in ounces every day. If you weigh 150 lbs, drink 75 oz, 200 lbs drink 100 oz, etc. It will help you not feel hungry and keep you well hydrated. ^_^

I am a happy girl today.
