Day 1 (Loading Day)
Which pretty much means binge eating. I am supposed to essentially binge on high fat foods (without purging!) for two entire days. This feels soooo unnatural! I'm kinda going crazy. But they told me if I skip the loading days, I will not lose as quickly after. So here I go. I am NOT posting calorie counts for today and tomorrow. They are going to be very very bad. I really hope this works. Really really really.
