Good intake today. Garlic chicken with tomato and onion (about 135) for dinner. Late late (like, 4:30 am) snack, half a cucumber (23), one apple (80), and one grissini bread stick (13). Plus a bunch of water and some green tea with Stevia. About 248 for the day.
I was super full after my late night snack. I should have stopped eating it... I really don't know why I didn't... Whatever, I'm still happy with today. I'm down to 277.something. 13.2 lbs lost in the last 7 days. Not bad. I am pleased. I've been feeling kinda manic tonight. Cleaned the kitchen, living room, and dining room from top to bottom. I started at 11pm and finished around 3am...
